How to Use
this Product : Scilla (Sildenafil) or Sildenafil Citrate Tablets comes in three different
strengths: 25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg. The normal recommended startup
dose is one tablet at least 30 to 45 minutes before sexual activity.
While taking Scilla (Sildenafil)
you should avoid meals high in fat. Foods high in fat can slow down the
effectiveness of Scilla (Sildenafil).
Side Effects : Like all prescription
medications, Scilla (Sildenafil)
may cause some side effects. With Scilla (Sildenafil), the most common side effects are headache,
facial flushing, and upset stomach. In extremely rare cases, Scilla (Sildenafil) can cause
blurred vision or sensitivity to light. Remember, Scilla
(Sildenafil) side effects are temporary and usually
go away within the first few hours of use. In the rare event of an erection
lasting longer than 4 hours, seek medical help.
Precautions : It's important that you let your doctor know your complete medical
history before you begin treatment. Tell your doctor about any medicines you're
taking as well as any medical conditions you have, so that you can avoid any
serious complications.
Drug Interactions : Scilla
(Sildenafil) is not safe to take with medications
containing nitrates. Nitrates are used to relieve chest pains in heart
patients. When combined with Scilla (Sildenafil) they can cause unsafe even fatal drops in blood
pressure levels.
Users taking the following should not take the above medicines.

Nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate,
nitroprusside (any "nitric oxide donor"
medicines), cimetidine, erythromycin, azole antifungals (e.g., itraconazole, ketoconazole), mibefradil, rifamycins (e.g., rifampin) or high blood pressure medicines. Also the
use of poppers (Amyl Nitrate, Amyl Butrate etc) is
dangerous whilst using Apcalis 20mg Jelly.
